How To Have Your Family Genealogy
Incorporated Into This Website
1 If you already have a website, just
email us a
link. 2 If you don't yet have
a website and already use Legacy, or some other genealogy software,
just export a GEDCOM file and attach it to an
email.
3. If you have not used any genealogy
software before, go to the
The Legacy Family Tree Store
and download a free copy of Legacy. It
is really easy to get started, although one has to admit, it gets a
little complicated if you get really serious. Just start with your
own name, your husband or wife's name, then add your own children.
Move up a generation, with your and your spouse's parents. Then
their parents, and so on. When you don't know some information,
leave it blank, Legacy allows you to come back and fill it in later.
Before you know it you have a really exciting family tree with
twenty or thirty names on it, and you are hooked!
You can also always go back and upgrade
your copy of Legacy to the professional edition, and the file you
created works just fine. Once
you have your family tree, just export it to a GEDCOM file and
attach it to an
email. We
will do the rest. Informal
Family Histories In addition to the formal Legacy
genealogy, many individuals have written short histories of
themselves and their families. In this section we have recorded
some of them

settlers through her mother Susannah Miles and father Stephen
Brown.

1814? (baptised on the 8th of January 1815) and lived at
Mt Edgecombe, Devon on the border of Cornwall. His first wife (whom

Biography of Thelma Becks
Having read Edone (Monkton) Petheram’s
biography, graphic indeed, covering a wonderful life to date (her
sister Mona was senior to me at Girls High School),
I felt the urge to submit an article, having had encouragement to do so from my two nieces, Penny
and Moira (Symons) also Girls High School scholars. The focus of this feature is
mainly on family as opposed to self, they are my life.
I attended
Girls High School 1936-1940. Read
